San Francisco, Oakland and other Bay Area cities are set to get a boost in electric-car charger installations thanks to two announcements in the past week by out-of-state EV tech companies.
Flash received a $5.8 million grant from the California Energy Commission to install the chargers in downtown Oakland, and plans to install at least 446 chargers in total over a two year period.
