Klever Logic Receives $3m Injection to Expand Executive Team
Klever Logic, a parking technology company known for its suite of parking solutions (for valet, gated, and mobile payments), today announced an additional $3M in funding, co-led by serial entrepreneurs and angel investors Sam Goodner and Dan Sharplin. The funds will go towards key new executive hires, scaling sales and marketing, streamlining operations, and a brand evolution to debut soon.
“We began Klever Logic to solve the age-old problem of paying cash for valet parking. The solution we developed was Flash Valet, a cloud-based parking platform, which allows customers to pay and tip using their mobile phone,” said Juan Rodriguez, CEO and co-founder. “However, our business began to take off when parking operators realized our platform allowed for improved revenue acquisition and management as well as a premium parking experience for their clients.” Flash Valet has won numerous awards and was named one of Entrepreneur Magazine’s “100 Most Brilliant Companies.”
Operators loved Flash Valet’s cloud-based platform so much they pushed for the creation of FlashPARCS, a gated parking solution for garages and surface lots. In just five years, Klever Logic’s valet and gated parking solutions are running in over 800 venues, domestically and internationally, with over 1.5M vehicles parked through the system each month. The funding will allow the company to expand the executive, operations, and sales teams for deeper market penetration, and to build in-roads to property and hospitality management groups.
The funding will also help Klever Logic to expand further into key verticals, such as Class A office buildings, hospitals, airports, and large event venues. Klever Logic’s fully integrated parking solution, enables operators to manage all their operations on a single platform.

— Emily Lynch, joining as VP of Marketing; formerly VP of Marketing for Catapult Systems
— Wes Vinecombe, joining as VP of Operations; formerly VP of Operations for Site Controls
