Klever Logic, an Austin startup providing mobile payment for valet and parking garages, has raised $3 million in new funding to expand its executive team, the company announced Thursday. The new investment was led by Sam Goodner, the founder and former CEO of Catapult Systems, and Dan Sharplin, the founder and former CEO of Site Controls. The money is fueling several executive hires and expanded marketing and branding. Additional and existing investors in Kelver Logic include Austin Ventures, Trellis Partners, G51 Capital and 186k Venture.
