JUAN RODRIGUEZ

CEO AND CO-FOUNDER

Juan Rodriguez directs the planning, management of product development, and overall strategy of the company.

Prior to FlashParking, Juan held senior executive positions both in operations and retail at various companies including MPower Labs, Inc. and Rev Worldwide, Inc. (MPower Group companies), as well as senior technical positions at Terremark Worldwide and CACI, Inc. He led efforts to launch financial and mobile payments services to the world’s unbanked populations in over 10 countries. In 2005 Juan co-founded Klevernet, LLC (acquired by MPower Ventures), an online insurance portal that bridged the gap between local insurance agents and internet insurance shoppers.

Juan served with distinction as a noncommissioned officer in the U.S. Army and received numerous meritorious citations while stationed at the Pentagon. Juan attended Strayer University in Washington, D.C., where he received a B.S. in Computer Information Systems.

DEAN CLEAVER

CTO AND CO-FOUNDER

As co-founder and Chief Technology Officer, Dean Cleaver is responsible for the full architecture of the platform in addition to overseeing the day-to-day development efforts and quality assurance for the company.

With over 20 years of development experience, Dean is responsible for the planning and implementation of our solutions. Prior to FlashParking, Dean held senior technical positions at Rev Worldwide, Inc. in Austin, Texas and Xception Software Limited in Auckland, New Zealand. A published technical author, Dean’s areas of expertise include application architecture and design, software development, and database design and analysis.

CRO AND CO-FOUNDER

Eliseo Diaz is responsible for managing the overall sales efforts of FlashParking. Eliseo’s previous experience includes serving as Director of Business Development for

Rev Worldwide, Sales Director for Actix Inc (acquired by Summit Partners) and regional manager of Netspend Corporation (successful IPO in 2010) and Granite Systems (acquired by Telcordia Technologies). In 2005 he co-founded Klevernet, LLC (acquired by MPower Ventures). Eliseo served in the US Army where he had the honor of deploying with the 7th Cavalry Regiment (Garryowen).

SAM GOODNER

PRESIDENT

A lead investor and FlashParking’s President, Sam Goodner is a serial entrepreneur, angel investor, and business coach.

Sam is also the founder and former CEO of Catapult Systems, a Microsoft-focused information technology consulting firm, which he sold to a public company in 2014. Sam also founded and sold two successful software product companies (PowerDOC and Inquisite), started a mobile application development firm (Mobile Alchemy), and launched an interactive, design, and marketing agency (Slingrock). Prior to starting Catapult, Sam worked in business development at Service Systems International in England and developed software applications for Dell Computer Corporation.

Sam is a graduate of the MIT/Inc Birthing of Giants Program and the YPO Stanford Graduate School of Business Program, and is a member of the Austin chapter of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO). Sam has been repeatedly recognized for his innovation and leadership and was a recipient of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2008. Sam holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Texas A&M University.

ALAN POULTON

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES

As their new Executive Vice President of Sales, Poulton will lead FlashParking’s sales organization as the company continues to grow revenues in

excess of 100% annually. Poulton joins FlashParking from Amano McGann, where he served 12 years in multiple roles, including eight years as Senior Vice President of Sales and Operations. Additionally, Poulton served as President of the Amano Time and Security Division as well as Vice President of Sales. During his time at Amano, Poulton oversaw all sales and operations including full profit and loss responsibilities for the Americas. Poulton holds a B.A. in Electrical Engineering Degree from Nelson Mandela University in Port Elizabeth, South Africa.

DAVE OSOWSKI

CFO

Dave Osowski is responsible for overseeing FlashParking’s finance and accounting functions. Prior to joining FlashParking, Dave operated his own financial consulting

practice. Dave began his career in public accounting at Price Waterhouse NYC, and has been CFO of a number of private and public companies over the last 25 years, including Summagraphics, Touch International, Site Controls, Tanknology, Handtech, Xetel, and Smith Equipment and Services. Dave has a Bachelors of Science from the University of Bridgeport.

CARLOS HERNANDEZ

VP OF DEVELOPMENT

A seasoned product development veteran, Carlos Hernandez joins FlashParking as our VP of Research and Development. Carlos is in charge of all new product development for FlashParking.

This includes overseeing the product road map, research, prototyping, QA, and implementation of new technology in the parking industry. His purview also covers managing the necessary industry compliance from UL to PCI. Hailing from the financial services world, Carlos previously held the title of Senior Director of Sales Engineering at Rev Worldwide. He oversaw and managed product development, installation and integration for all clients. Before that Carlos held the title Senior Product Manager at Mozido, a mobile payment and financial service company. Carlos graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science.

WES VINECOMBE

VP OF OPERATIONS

Wes Vinecombe joins the FlashParking team as VP of Operations. He is responsible for overseeing FlashParking’s hardware production and installation
services.

Immediately before FlashParking, Wes was the VP of Operations at Site Controls, an energy management company purchased in 2010 by Siemens, and was responsible for all of the installation and service operations. Wes’s long history of operational excellence includes the General Manager of The Wayne Services Group, in which he was responsible for growing the business into the largest general purpose petroleum service organization in the US, as well as VP of Operations at Interactive Silicon and senior management positions at VTEL, Compaq & DEC. Wes has degrees in Management and Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University.

NEIL GOLSON

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, MARKETING & STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS

As EVP, Marketing & Strategic Partnerships, Neil leads FlashParking’s transition from isolated parking asset to connected mobility hub at the center of the smart city.

Neil served as Head of Marketing & Sales Operations for Residential Energy at Tesla and Sr. Director of Business Development for SolarCity. Prior to that, Neil spent seven years at The Coca-Cola Company leading the McDonald’s Division for Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa and as the Senior Brand Manager for the Coca-Cola brand in North America. Neil lives in Austin and enjoys spending time with his two girls. Neil earned a B.A. in Journalism and Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his M.B.A. from Auburn University.

JORDAN WEISS

VICE PRESIDENT, MARKETING

Jordan leads the company’s marketing, including brand management, messaging strategy, lead generation, communications, and alliances.

Prior to FlashParking, Jordan served as Global Marketing lead for infrastructure management and application performance management business units of Fortune 500 enterprise software provider, CA Technologies. Jordan has also served in marketing management positions of several enterprise software companies. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in communications from North Central College, in Naperville, IL
