Built-in-Austin — Klever Logic closes a $3M round to scale and expand team

Parking solutions technology company Klever Logic closed a $3 million round of financing today, led by serial entrepreneurs and angel investors Sam Goodner and Dan Sharplin. Sharplin, who founded and acted as CEO of Site Controls, will come on board as chairman, and Goodner, the founder and former CEO of Catapult Systems, will join as president at Klever Logic. Austin Ventures, Trellis Partners, G51 Capital

186k Ventures also contributed to the round. “Parking is something people don’t think about until they have to, but Klever Logic saw an opportunity to elevate parking into a mobile experience for both parking guests and operators,” said Goodner in a statement. “It was clear to us why Klever Logic has such a loyal customer base, they’ve done an outstanding job creating a robust, yet elegant parking ecosystem that covers all areas of parking, and we are eager to help expand and scale the company.”
