The Bethlehem Parking Authority (BPA) says upgrades at all five of its gated parking garages will offer easy entry and exit to drivers.
Express Pay is a new ticketless parking option now available at all gated BPA parking garages.
After activation, cameras at entry and exit recognize vehicles with a license plate match to open gates and start a parking session. Payments are securely processed digitally with your mobile device.
